✨ Assistant Store Manager, Bellingham

We’re looking for an experienced, confident, and dependable Assistant Store Manager to join our Bellis Fair Mall location.

This is a leadership position for someone who loves fashion, enjoys working with people, and is comfortable taking ownership of the day-to-day operations of a busy resale store.

We’re looking for someone who can lead a team, operate the store, and make Wild Ophelia’s a fun, welcoming place to work and shop.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading, supporting, and coaching our team of stylists
  • Managing daily store operations
  • Opening and closing the store
  • Helping the team reach monthly sales goals
  • Maintaining beautiful racks, displays, mannequins, and merchandising
  • Handling customer concerns professionally
  • Keeping the store organized, clean, stocked, and running smoothly
  • Taking in and pricing inventory
  • Supporting social media and marketing by making sure we’re getting great photos and content from the store
  • Light bookkeeping and cash management
  • Reporting daily on any updates or feedback needed to support the staff

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of retail experience preferred
  • 1+ years of previous management or leadership experience required
  • Dependable, organized, and confident making decisions
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable coaching employees and maintaining a positive atmosphere
  • A genuine love for fashion, styling, managing a team, and helping people feel beautiful
  • Someone who takes initiative, is self-motivated, can multitask, and can be a leader
  • Availability for approximately 35+ hours per week, including some weekends

✨ Live Shopping Host, Bellingham

Are you confident on camera, obsessed with fashion, and the kind of person who can make people excited about shopping your live stream?

We’re looking for an outgoing Live Shopping Host to sell Wild Ophelia’s fashion online through platforms like TikTok Shop and Whatnot!

This is not a retail position.

What you’ll do

  • Host live shopping shows from our dedicated in-store live studio
  • Style, showcase, and sell our constantly changing inventory
  • Chat with viewers and make shopping fun
  • Help build a Wild Ophelia’s online live-shopping community
  • No traditional retail responsibilities, just live hosted shows
  • Flexible scheduling during available business hours in our Bellingham location

Commission-based pay 💰

Earn 20% commission on qualifying merchandise sales generated through your live shows, with applicable minimum-wage requirements guaranteed.

The more successful your lives are, the more you can earn!

  • $1,000 in qualifying sales = $200 commission
  • $3,000 in qualifying sales = $600 commission
  • $5,000 in qualifying sales = $1,000 commission

We’re looking for someone who is

  • Comfortable and energetic on camera
  • Naturally conversational
  • Excited about fashion and styling
  • Able to think quickly and engage an audience
  • Motivated by sales and earning commission
  • Reliable and able to work independently

Previous livestreaming, TikTok Shop, Whatnot, social media live sales hosting, or engaging content-creation experience is required.
