We’re looking for cute, current and sellable pieces that we think our customers will love. What we accept can depend on style, condition, season and what we currently need in the shop.

We’ll make you an offer for the pieces we’d love to take.

Our offers are based on the item’s style, condition, brand and what we expect to price it for in the store.

What we’re looking for 👀

We love trendy, unique and wearable women’s fashion, including:

  • Clothing in sizes XS through XXXL+
  • Shoes and boots
  • Purses and bags
  • Jewelry
  • Accessories
  • Vintage, Y2K, alternative, goth, boho and other fun statement pieces
  • Everyday basics that are clean and in great condition

We especially love pieces that feel like Wild Ophelia’s. If you could picture it styled on one of our racks, bring it in!

What we don’t accept

To help us keep our racks curated, we generally cannot accept:

  • Men’s or children’s clothing
  • Traditional sportswear or athletic gear
  • Tennis or athletic shoes
  • Home dĂŠcor
  • Used socks or underwear
  • Items with stains, holes, excessive wear, odors or significant damage
  • Items that don’t fit our current inventory needs

Please remember that bringing an item in does not guarantee that we’ll be able to accept it.

How much store credit will I get?

Wild Ophelia’s is a resale shop, so our trade-in offers are based on the price we expect to sell an item for rather than its original retail price.

As a general guide, everyday pieces may receive a few dollars in store credit, while higher-value, highly desirable or designer pieces may receive significantly more.

You’ll always have the opportunity to review your offer before deciding whether you’d like to accept it.

A few things to know 💖

  • Trade-ins are for Wild Ophelia’s store credit, not cash.
  • Store credit has no cash value.
  • Once you accept your offer, the accepted items become property of Wild Ophelia’s and may be priced, displayed or sold at our discretion.
  • Items we cannot accept will be returned to you.

Our inventory needs change constantly, so we may pass on an item one day that we would have taken at another time. It doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with your piece. Sometimes we simply have too many similar items or don’t have the right customer for it at that moment.
